I'm at High Wycombe, in Rebecca's flat, waiting to go to Heathrow for my flight at 21.30 tonight. I was feeling a bit nervous this morning, especially after June phoned. Missing her already!

Its a direct 10.5 hour flight to Johannesburg. I have a few hours to wait for my 1.5 hour flight connection to Francistown, arriving at around 15.00. I'm being picked up by Klavs, the team leader of the project. Klavs is Danish and has been in Botswana since early February preparing the way.

I'm booked into a hotel. Once I'm in and settled I'll continue...
